In the workplace

Finding a happy work-life balance is becoming increasingly difficult in today's society, but luckily many organisations now understand the importance of wellbeing in the workplace.

Holding Pilates classes at work gives employees a great opportunity to practise conveniently, either at the

start or end of their day or during a lunch break. The experience can help to bring staff together outside their professional roles. Whether you are sitting behind a desk or on your feet all day, practising Pilates can have a positive role in your health and wellbeing.

Pilates at work can make a happier healthier workforce and is a good choice for both physical and mental health.

Stress and back pain are a big cause of lost days in the work place. Preventative measures can not only improve your employees health and happiness but also their performance, ultimately improving staff welfare and business productivity.

All you need to start a class is a floor space - a largeish meeting room is ideal. Classes can either be paid for in full or subsidised by the company. Alternatively they can be paid for by the employees.

Classes are run in blocks of 6 to 10. Please call for further details or to arrange a trial session.
