Booking Information, Terms & Conditions

Group Classes

Group classes are booked in 6 to 8 week terms. If you have a health condition or injury that may affect your participation, a group class may not be the best option for you. Please contact me to discuss, as in some cases I might recommend private sessions before joining a group class.

Trial Class

If you are a new client and you would like to try out a class before committing to a full term, you can book in for a free trial class . Should you wish to attend further classes you can then join a course and pay the remaining fee for that term, or book a drop in class.

Mats

Please bring a yoga mat. If you would like to borrow one for your trial class, before committing to a course, please let me know before hand and I can bring a spare one with me. I will provide all other equipment.

Timekeeping

Please arrive on time for your class. Preferably 5 mins before the start time. This will enable you to speak to me about any medical conditions you might have, as well as ensuring a proper warm-up. It is also less disruptive to other class members.

Mobile phones

Please switch off your mobile phone and enjoy some dedicated time to yourself.

Illness and injury

Out of courtesy to your teacher and fellow students, please refrain from attending classes if you have any infections or contagious illness. Please make sure socks are clean and if you are attending classes bare footed any varucas are covered.

Classes are not intended to replace or negate medical advice and should not be treated as such. I strongly encourage you to make your own health decisions based upon your own research and in partnership with your healthcare professionals. It is your responsibility to obtain appropriate medical advice to ensure that you are fit and healthy to partake in any form of exercise and that it is suitable for your needs. It is always advisable to check with your GP prior to exercising if you have any medical condition.

Prices and availability

Prices and packages are subject to change. All classes are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Full payment is required upon booking.

Refund & Return Policy

Refunds for course bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the start of the course, after this time the course in non refundable. Missed sessions within a term cannot be refunded or carried over and cannot be credited to another term at a future date. They are however transferable should you wish to offer your place to a friend.

Cancellation Policy

All classes and private sessions have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are booked into a class, but miss it or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for it.

Occasionally, for reasons outside of my control, it may be necessary for me to cancel a class. Should this be necessary, every effort will be made to reschedule a class. Where this is not possible or if you are unable to attend the rescheduled class you will be given a refund of the fees you have paid for the cancelled class.

‘Catch up Classes’

You can make up for a missed class by attending another of my classes at any of my venues within the same term. This is subject to availability and the ‘catch up’ class must be booked in advance to guarantee a space. Please contact me directly to arrange, as catch up classes cannot be arranged via the online booking system.
